I was wondering if you could give us a brief discussion of what your responsibilities were as art director in the short film (The Problem of Gravity)? I have no experience in this area, and since we had a chance to see the film it would be interesting to know what your hand was in it, i.e., what part of a film the art director influences.

sorry I did not see this sooner!
Art direction includes a variety of things. On this film I did props, costumes, set design and storyboarding. So, it really incorporates a lot of different interests and skills. For bigger films, the division of labor is more drastic, but because this was a small film crew I had my hands in a lot of different things.
